During her tenure she was directly involved in identifying, creating and executing strategic partnerships, driving successful retail programs in soft lines that rewarded both studio and licensee with strong, long-term revenue streams. She has negotiated hundreds of licensing deals and orchestrated the launch of thousands of products. In 2011 she founded Carol Wills Consulting to offer clients the benefit of her career-long experience in the consumer products arena and connection to her vast network of industry leaders.
